From initial contact to the completion of the case, the client’s interests remain our uppermost priority. We will guarantee to arrange a preliminary meeting as soon as possible. This can be held at our offices in London or at a location more convenient to the client. If necessary our representatives will travel overseas for the consultation. We work closely with clients to ensure that not only is the defence presented in the best possible light, but also that our client feels completely comfortable with the defence team throughout the proceedings. The client is free to choose the level of contact they wish to have with the company.

Once instructed, the defence team is assembled, bringing in specialist knowledge from across the firm wherever necessary. But this is not a faceless operation; the client is given a direct contact within the team to ensure that the progress of the case can be discussed at any time. We have access to many leading barristers and Queen’s Counsel. As soon as practicable they are brought into the defence team to assist and advise.

In constant expansion in terms not only of size and reputation but also structure, experience, depth of understanding and level of case success, Bark & Co Solicitors has recently also developed a new business regulation department. This significant move, together with a further strengthening and consolidation of our criminal defence division, has resulted in our recent relocation to larger prestigious premises in the City of London. A 5-storey carefully refurbished Listed building, state-of-the-art facilities include five conference and briefing rooms, library, data resource areas and the very latest communications and security systems, all specifically designed to support the ever more exacting client expectations of a law firm at the very forefront of its profession.
