Cheney Fund Pension theft

Serious Fraud Office Prosecution of five defendants, two of whom were represented by Bark & Co.

Allegations of a conspiracy to steal just under £3 million from the CW Cheney & Son Pension Fund. The case raised complex issues, and required analysis of a significant amount of material from a lengthy SFO investigation.

The case continues to be related to significant other prosecutions, including a major prosecution brought by the DTI at Blackfriars Crown Court.
